A formal Bay County casualty list didn't exist for 120 years until 1888, when citizens Gerald Pergande and Eurdine Ringwelski after extensive research came up with their names.

Missing Canons
Canons were a common in many parks at one time. They disappeared during WWII when they were melted down for the war effort.
