​Bishop Joseph, the senior pastor of Harvest Foursquare Church in Rapid City, SD, is the visionary behind Bishop Joseph Ministries International. Inspired by his own experiences of religious persecution and exile, Bishop Joseph is passionate about bringing the hope of the Gospel to people of all nations.
